In today’s hectic world it’s very easy to forget about the importance of pressing ‘pause’. Try imagining that all the information you need to achieve your goal is out there, it’s just a question of finding it. There’s no better way than paying attention to details and patterns. Your clients and their processes are surely cyclic and there’s always a repeatable model of action. Being aware and conscious is the best way to fit in with your proposal and speak the same language as your key stakeholders.
