Learn to think outside the box
Why?
Following procedures is a must in all organisations, even when choosing agile management. We are so used to the daily routines and standards that at some point we repeat them unconsciously. This is why taking the view of a new member of your team or someone outside the organisation is a great opportunity to check the status. They’re not ‘in the box’ yet so any unnecessary or inefficient procedures might seem obvious to them when they’re completely invisible to us. Questioning the status quo should always come as part of innovation management; and it is crucial to learn to think outside the box.
