Why?
Risk management is an absolute must that comes with the prize of having an innovative organisation. Every new initiative obviously involves a certain level of risk. There are those types of projects that are easily manageable, even in the event of failure, but there are also those where the ‘sink or swim’ approach isn’t necessarily the best choice. Risk management is a huge struggle for all types of organisations in today’s world, mainly because it’s getting harder and harder to foresee what’s coming. But there are options to dig deeper and feel prepared. No need to panic, managing risks can be a competency that can be learned.
